LaClaire Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery by contacting our customer service team. The customer service team will issue an RMA number to authorize the return. Item must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging. we strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least 30 days after purchase. It can take up to 15 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our Return Processing Center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

You are required to return the item at your own expense unless it is truly defective. If customer receives wrong item or any errors caused by LaClaire, please contact our Customer Service Center to request a return label for your return. 

When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third-party seller), your return should be sent back to the seller instead of LaClaire. Some seller’s returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item.
